Every growth term,
in plain English.
No jargon walls. These are the words we use on service pages, in your dashboard and in support replies — and exactly what each one means.
- Drip-feed
- Delivering an order gradually — a few hundred units an hour instead of all at once — so a profile's growth curve looks natural rather than spiking overnight.
- Start count
- The follower, view or visit number recorded the moment an order begins. Delivery is measured from this baseline, which is why we snapshot it before the first unit lands.
- Retention
- The share of delivered units still present after a period of time. High-retention sources hold their numbers; bargain sources often shed a large share within days.
- Refill
- Automatically topping an order back up if numbers fall below the delivered amount inside the guarantee window — 30 days on Boosterati plans.
- Engagement rate
- Interactions (likes, comments, shares, saves) divided by reach or followers. Platforms use it as a quality signal, so balanced growth beats followers alone.
- Targeted traffic
- Website visitors filtered by country, device, interest or referral source, rather than untargeted volume from anywhere.
- Referral source
- The site a visitor arrived from, shown in your analytics. Social referral traffic reports as coming from a social network rather than direct or search.
- Bounce rate
- The share of sessions that end without a second interaction. Longer dwell times and multi-page sessions signal that traffic matches your content.
- Impressions vs reach
- Impressions count every time content is shown; reach counts unique accounts that saw it. One account can generate many impressions.
- Watch hours
- Total time viewers spend watching your videos. YouTube monetisation thresholds are based on watch hours, not view count alone.
- Refill window
- The period after delivery during which drops qualify for a free top-up. Outside the window, a new order is needed.
- SMM panel
- A marketplace that resells social growth services from upstream providers. Quality varies enormously because most panels never audit their suppliers.
- Provider
- The upstream network that actually fulfils an order. We map each service to vetted providers and switch automatically if one under-delivers.
- Order ID
- The unique reference for your purchase. Quote it in support tickets or use it on the order lookup page to check status without signing in.
- Guarantee period
- The stretch of time a service is covered for refills or a partial refund, stated on each service before you buy.
- Organic growth
- Audience gained without paid promotion. Growth services build the social proof that makes organic discovery more likely — they are a complement, not a substitute.
