Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any Boosterati service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Accounts are provisioned automatically after a completed purchase. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Boosterati provides website traffic and social engagement services (followers, views, comments, and related metrics) across supported platforms. Delivery times, minimum and maximum quantities, and any tier discounts are shown on each service page and are estimates, not guarantees.

You represent that you own or are authorized to promote the target URLs, accounts, and content you submit, and that your use complies with the terms of the destination platforms. We may refuse or cancel orders that target illegal, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

If a service is not delivered as described, contact support within 30 days for a review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and reflected as a negative transaction in your account ledger. Partial delivery may result in a partial refund.

Use of Refer-a-Friend is subject to the separate Referral Program Terms, which control commission rates, cookie windows, and payout thresholds.

The Boosterati name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Boosterati Traffic Solutions. You retain ownership of the URLs, handles, and content you submit for fulfillment.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor any specific ranking, revenue, or platform outcome resulting from the delivered engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boosterati's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or issue fraudulent chargebacks. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
