Boosterati Traffic Solutions ("Boosterati", "we", "our") operates this website and the growth services offered through it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

To deliver the services you purchased, provision your account, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, run the Refer-a-Friend program, send transactional emails, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter.

We rely on contract (to deliver purchased services), legitimate interest (to secure and improve the platform), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

We share data only with processors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), our backend hosting provider (database and auth), our email provider (transactional email), and social login providers (Google, Apple) when you use them. We never sell personal data.

Order and transaction records are retained for at least 7 years for tax compliance. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request unless we are legally required to keep it.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@boosterati.com. EU/UK/CA/CCPA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data authority.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by row-level security and role-based controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we recommend a unique password and enabling social login where possible.

Boosterati is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
