Refund policy

Eligibility

A full refund is issued if an order fails to start within 24 hours of confirmed payment, or if delivery is technically impossible.

If an order is partially completed, we refund pro-rata for the undelivered portion.

All follower and engagement services include a refill window (30–90 days). Drops within that window are re-topped automatically at no cost.

Orders where the target URL becomes private, blocked, or removed by the platform mid-delivery are not refundable.

Open a support ticket from your account with the order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
